OK, next you will all try my rose petal jam. Have your boyz (or girlz) next to you, though. I'm warning you. Actually, it may not be necessary, come to think of it. LOL
I make tomato jam pretty often. My mother made it when I was young and it is a reminder of being little.. I can say tho that we often give it to people and tell them it is anything but tomato.. once we gave it to someone and told him it was strawberry.. (his wife knew it was tomato) and before he ate the last of it his wife told him and he said he really couldn't tell the difference.
Tomatoes are just fruit after all... I like the idea that they taste like quince.
