Comments: Kermit Kick

Your OSW looks great with longer sleeves! I'm in the process of knitting one with 3/4 length sleeves myself - nice to see a picture so I know its not going to look goofy when I'm done. Now to just figure out how much length to add!

Since the sleeves are knit right in with increases, how did you modify the pattern?

It looks great. I was also thinking of how to eliminate the underarm wrinkle my OSW has (in version 2) and maybe longer sleeves would be a good bet! :)

To answer my own question: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=44519.0 perhaps you modified this mod?

i've been on a kick with orange lately, so i know how you feel.

i love the robots - i saw them a while ago - have you seen dawn of the knitted dead? (I don't have the link, but I've been meaning to post it on my blog - it's hysterical.)

Also, those socks match your blog beautifully.

Glad you liked the link. I just saw another geeky cool knitting link. This one has instructions on how to knit DNA chains.

it is so appropriate that the name of the place that supplied the slippery nipper's yarn is also, somehow, mildly graphic. in a strange, roundabout way.

oh, er, sorry for the double-post, but have you seen that jess hutch is selling a wee booklet of her amazing patterns on her website?

Ooooh, that shrug looks fantastic! I love the long-short sleeve look. And so glad you did receive your socks. The colors are great!
