Thanks to Stephanie, Michelle and some random meat industry trade magazine they came across, I now have the best photo ever. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw it, and haven't stopped giggling for about 2 days.
As Stephanie said, "It may not be the best quality picture, but it IS the best picture."

AND! My friend Moira has been on a marmalade kick lately, so I also have a jar of Moiramalade. Orange marmalade with grapefruit and blackberries. Also, yum.

These jams are way too yummy to just go on toast (though there will be toast with fancy jam, it just can't be the only use it gets), so I had to make some jam cookies. They're super easy and so veryvery yummy. They're just circles of pie dough with dollops of jam in the middle, folded over and sealed with milk.

I'm surprised the bottoms turned out as well as they did. I'm notorious for putting in too much jam that will then leak out and burn. But I managed to cook them just long enough that the bottoms were just brown. And omg, they were so good. I think the Moiramalade ones were the best of this batch, let's see how the next batch turns out.
Cassie keeps buying me baking supplies... I wonder why?
Also, do you have any suggestions for me for what else I should be doing with all this jam?
