Felted Cranes
Year of the Crane is coming along nicely. The first two of the knitted/felted cranes for knitnotwar are done. They're pretty funny little guys. I'll take process pictures on the next one I make, but let me tell you, you think they look silly now... You should see them before they're sewn up. They look like pterodactyls. (I know they're actually pterosaurs, but I learned them as pterodactyls as a kid and I that's stuck in my head forever.) They're really fun to make. I think Seann is still accepting RSVPs for cranes, so there's still time if you'd like to sign up.

Mutant Crane
Experiment 261 Mutated
Crane Experiment #261 has gone horribly awry. The addition of whiskey, ginger ale, table-sized butcher paper and gamma radiation had led to large, very large, crane mutation. The subject has been seen attacking the other, smaller, crane experiments and may need to be put down. Please send more whiskey and ginger ale for strength.
