Rethinking the Transit Strike

You know, this whole transit strike thing isn't nearly as cool as I thought it was yesterday morning when I got to sleep late. I realize I was one of the few people with the ability to work at home and therefore wouldn't be affected badly by this. I realize my post yesterday wasn't really making me any friends. And if MTA and TWU don't fix their shit by tomorrow, I'm rejoining the commuting workforce. OK, I will now start paying for my hubris. I'm sorry to have been Yeay-ing it up over here while you were commuting.

I've Been a Naughty Nipper

I realize I should have put this up a week ago... My only excuse is that it's the holidays and I'm insane at home and at work.

There were a lot of really great ideas, most of which were for multicolored hair. I thought about adding some red bits in there too; I even bought the dye for it. But once I got the orange on, it was this great, multi-dimensional pinky-red-orange color right out of the bottle that I was afraid to mess it up.

Soooooo.... Who won? That would be Nathania. I don't really know what to send her, I mean really, she *owns* a yarn store. I'm sure I can come up with something though. ;)
