New Nipper

And here we have the latest nipper hair color. I decided against doing a contest this time because I basically told you what I was going to do last time. Dark cherry. I like it a lot, though it is a little darker than what I wanted. Have you ever had the total brain fart where you deliberate over two things for a long time, finally pick one, and then put the wrong one back? Yeah, that was me last night. I was choosing between dark cherry and a more chocolate-y cherry color called Cyclamen. I decided on the Cyclamen and then promptly put it back. Argh. My brain is fried. I do like the Dark Cherry though and I love to walk into work and hear prople gasp because my hair is so different. That's my favorite. ;)

This is the first Sockapal2za sock off the needles and about to be grafted. I think I might have screwed it up, though. I wanted to have one good picture up before I start on trying to correct the problem. I'm planning on taking plenty of pictures, so if I have to rip it out you'll at least have an interesting post and a laugh at my expense. Suffice it to say, I've taken over a month to finish this one sock, I have less than a month to finish the second one, I'm hoping that I'm not going to have to rip this out and start over, but I have a funny feeling that I might. Keep me in your knitting thoughts tonight! I'll let you know how it goes.
