Fortune Telling
What is it with fortune cookie fortunes not being fortunes anymore? I went to dinner with my dad and little brother last night and we got the weirdest fortunes ever. These were even weirder than the "You will be very happy with your wife" one that's been my favorite up until now.

What?!? You look pretty?!? That's so weird. My 15 year year old brother really appreciated me walking around telling him he was pretty. It was fun for me, but damn that's an odd one!

United in Sleeves and Circulars
I'm really enjoying knitting this Rosedale U. It's a lot of fun and we all know how much I love, love, love Noro yarns. I've finished the body, put the stitches on holders, and am now working on the sleeves. Once I finish those, it's on to the yoke.
The Brooklyn Sock Mafia will be especially proud of me, because I am trying these sleeves without double points. I'm really digging this two circulars thing. I believe I might just have to go get another circular needle in every size. Those double points might just be on their way out. It'll be the end of an era.
And have you all seen Eris yet? I must admit I like the hood on Rogue, but her sister certainly is pretty. It's like the dressy version of Rogue. Beautiful.
