Copper Contest
Copper! Light Intense Copper to be exact. I took my hair color from my little brother's gorgeous, natural haircolor. Aren't you jealous? I know I am.
This was a hard contest to judge. I know I asked for detail, but colors mean so many different things to so many people. The ones that got the closest were Shannon and Silvia. Well, I think Silvia came close. Her answers sound right, but never having used those colors, I'm not positive. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt though. The Boy also came pretty close. He had more gradient in his guess than I have in my hair, but the basic color was right. I still haven't put together the prizes for the winners, but I'll let you know when I do.
For those of you interested, I used L'Oreal Mega Reds "Light Intense Red" with a 30 vol. developer. All my dark roots disappeared with that developer.
Most of you thought my hair would be dark. Either that or lots of highlights or multi-colored. 30 guesses and I'd have to say that dark colors swept the field. I'll have to try that next. Does anyone have any good suggestions for what color to use to get a good dark cherry? I couldn't find anything that would work.
